Muay Thai Beginner (13Yrs and Up)

This class will introduce you to traditional Muay Thai kick boxing. Class will begin with a cardio warm-up. Weapons Class (Adults)

This class is an extension of weapons training taught throughout the ranks of Tang Soo Do. This class is only for advanced student practitioners of theTang Soo Do Program.this class will focus on advanced techniques, uses and forms of several weapons starting with the Bo Staff, Nunchucks, and the straight sword. This dynamic class builds on the students knowledge and allows the weapons to become an extension of their movements.

An art form that focuses on ground work and submissions. Students engage in lessons to learn how to use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles from various positions on the ground with their trainer or partner. Tang Soo Doo Advanced Class (Black Belts Only)

This class is for Apprentice and Black Belts only. This class is designed to enhance students study in the art of Tang Soo Do. This class will focus on advanced self defense techniques to include situational awareness, street defense and ground defense. Emphasis will also be placed on refinement of forms, sparring, breaking and techniques. This class is designed to develop leaders in the art of Tang Soo Do and it begins with challenging warm-ups and dynamic training.

The benefits of children training in a martial art are proven. It will increase their focus, their activity level and their stillness. As Bruce Lee pointed out, behind the punches, kicks, and knees, a true martial artist learns to sit with himself and see where his weaknesses are. In the martial arts, your child will learn what it is to take a hit, whether that hit is a literal blow or a disappointment like failing a test. Part of life is learning that we all take hits. The key is in learning how best to take that hit and get back up. They’ll learn self-confidence and respect.
